Sadly, acetone does little in removing finger/toe prints. Acetone may take care of a fresh, lees than one hour old print (even before it 'shows'), but not a print that's allowed to interact with the coin's surface over time.

Looks like some kind of fabric staining, not seeing any loops or swirls that come with finger prints
