The inscription FIVE CENTS may have been lightly struck due to grease in the die, but it is a little hard to know as it could also be at least partly from circulation wear. It looks pretty clear that the "keyhole" is damage. Also, I'm not seeing evidence of a triple strike. Which design element is tripled?
