Well the obverse definitely matches hahaha, but all jokes aside it looks like that buffalo is missing a front foot to me. Good for you, not so much for the buffalo lol.

Haha hopefully it was able to find its foot, I just can not tell what that is behind the front leg. Almost looks like the back leg or maybe it is peeing LOL JK

Don't like it - full hoof should show on an example of this sharpness.

My issue with this coin are as follows:
There are markers for this coin to not be a fake and I don't see any of them on your coin. There should more wear on the last leg and you should see wear on the die between the bisons "male parts" and a hint of a 3rd leg. Which are either missing or overexposed.
That coupled with a weird D (completely filled in) and weird wear on the United States of America, has me questioning the authenticity. Unless I see better pictures I'm going to say I can't say it's real.

Other issues, no F for the designer Earl Fraiser, date is not the same as a genuine and there should be die wear next the date almost a straight line. I don't see any of these. Just doesn't look kosher to me.

Yes there are lots of fakes out there. Easiest way is to get it slabbed or take it to a dealer. I'm leery it's real.

front hoof should be more apparent and the back leg should be less apparent from Die Deterioration. Looks like a modified 37D.

as we all know I am not the greatest photographer, but I will try to snap a couple better photos. I guess your right I am going to look into a coin shop near me and see what they say! It is difficult to take quality photos.

More photos won't help. You need an independent professional opinion.

When you get any coin that is counterfeit pretty regular you should get the ap Coin Facts and check. It really makes it easier looking at an image and checking your coin, I did the same TY2020b did.
