1967 P Kennedy: Machine Doubling, Plus Deterioration, Plus Something Else?

Okay, so first off this coin has Machine Doubling. You can clearly see this on the first picture I will post with the word "trust."

However, the numbers 6 and 7 have three "layers" (shelves?) to them and I have no idea what this is. I couldn't capture all three layers on the number 7, but I got a good picture of number 6. Is this Machine Doubling with Die Deterioration and possible DDO all at the same time? Or is "machine tripling" a real thing? (Sorry, I am still new to this)

Any input is appreciated.

I'm in the machine tripling column.......if there is such a thing. Good eye and good pictures! You're looking in the right spot. I don't know if it's common but I don't think it's significant.

The coin is only struck once. So it is just machine damage to the devices. Machine Doubling seems to be more common on the larger coins.
