What is going on with this 1966 Dime? Also the words IN & WE aren't right...

I would say just a lot of circulation damage. A lot of wear and tear over the last 54 years.

@lcutler ok but I saw one on ebay for a bit of money that had the same things going on so idk just thought I might have found a good one. This is a picture of the one on ebay.

OOoooh, don't confuse us with other coins. Let's deal with just yours. Can you tell us specifically what you see on YOUR coin, please. What's in all the circles that you see?

Circulation wear and tear produces random marks which sometimes vaguely look like letters or numbers or faces. This has a technical term: Pareidolia.

Also, on ebay people quite often ask absurd prices for common or damaged coins. Asking prices on ebay are not a good indicator of market value.
