the Y on the top left could possibly be notched....thats all I'm seeing here....and I cant even confirm that with these images

Looks normal with typical Strike Doubling seen on most proof coins.

Most of what you are seeing around the devices is flat field doubling. The first strike had some Machine Doubling. The second strike flattened that areas outside of the first strike.

WHile I agree that there is Strike Doubling on the coin, the notching in the Y is shown at VV also. Education requested please:

the notching is quite evident there,i wouldnt call that Strike Doubling by any means

Look also at the base of the 'Y' on the DDO-002? It is also distorted. The other image is straight on the bottom of the 'Y'.

If it were a PR-67 (high grade coin)

It would be worth as much to have it graded as to the value in that grade. But if it were a higher grade than PR-67, you might come out ahead. Tough call on that one. Keep it safe though. It is a nice coin.
