Impossible to assess surface quality from these photos.
There appears to be fairly light wear, so I'll throw out an AU-50 grade. Quite a scarce coin. Hopefully it looks much better in-hand.

Not the best photos to grade from, but there's definitely some wear. I'll say XF-45 if it straight graded.

Yeah, 40 seems more like it.
Looks like it had some kind of cleaning but apparently not blatant enough for NGC to flag.
Still a rare and valuable piece!

Mr frog you were so close you said EF-40 but NGC says XF-40. Participation trophy.

Same as PR or PF, depends on the TPG. Nice solid EF-40 which could also have been in an EF-45(XF-45) holder.
