1964 Nickel Double Error?

So I was looking thru a bag of my older nickels bag and found this. It looks like the D mint mark is doubled. I would love some opinions as to what this could be, if it's worth keeping or grading.

MM took a hit. You can see where it displaced the metal. PMD.

If a coin's value is not worth ~150.00 minimum, the costs to get it graded are not worth it.

Make sure you also are aware that slabbing is not essential for any coin. Better coins will bring more profit when sold if in the proper name brand slab, but that is just b/c some people I the hobby enjoy slabbed coins.

A well-circulated '64 D. Better, close-in, sharper photos of the mint mark might better tell the story.
