This is my first time finding what I believe is a DD and "blistering"! Quite funny my two-firsts happen on one coin. Anyways, I am pretty sure this is a DD because under higher magnification I can see what looks like a 2nd D and a faint silhouette behind the date, the "E" in Liberty, and possibly other letters.

In regards to the "blistering", it can be seen in between the "G" and "O" of God on the obverse. Also can be seen all over the place on the reverse. The reason I believe this is "blistering" is due to the fact that on the top of "O" of One, it appears one of the blisters burst. Upon closer inspection, other blisters burst such as in between the columns, around the memorial, and on the "E" in America. I initially thought extra metal had made its way onto the coin, but these observations led me to believe otherwise.

Blistering is not that rare I have learned from the internet, but combine that with a DD and I believe the value for this coin should have gone up. Your thoughts?

Thanks!

The close-in photos are somewhat low resolution, so details aren't very clear. Given what is posted, I think I'm seeing split plating in the area of the date and mint mark--fairly common in Lincoln memorial cents of the later '80s and well into the '90s. Some zinc rot may be forming on the coin as well (reverse). I'd say this coin is worth one cent.

Others will weigh-in, I'm sure.

Just split plating on mintmark, DDD on the devices. Not a RPM or doubled die. Just a die event. Kind of the worst of the worst.

Sorry @sp but my thought is that the blistering is due to the zinc core starting to deteriorate. I think that this coin is only worth face value.
