1968 D Penny Need Help Please

To me looks like doubling features on the front of the coin. And the letters looks to be pushed over the edge or it was placed right in it

The letters on the edge are a design flaw,the dies were redesigned in 1969.

Not been in dryer that I know of , the ring on the coin gets aller up to that point ,so I don't know
The eye of the " R " has the doubling feature I most notice]

The coin is a details, damaged piece. Although there might be some doubling visible, I think that this is perhaps some PMD combined with some VERY minor machine / Die Deterioration Doubling (pictures are not clear enough to tell which). This is a coin well within 'normal parameters,' and being damaged, is worth 1c.

This is not a Dryer Coin as some have stated. On the 1968 cents, the master die swelled where the devices are touching the rim. This was fixed in 1969 with the new obverse and reverse designs.

All of them looked that way that year. It was a swelling master die hub. As mentioned fixed on the 1969 cents:
