Not Feeder Finger Damage. Abrasion marks from removing some sort of damage from the die (most likely a clash). As dies age, they will often be buffed on a flat lap to restore the finish of the fields. If they buff them carelessly or with too coarse a grit, you end up with very noticeable abrasion marks like these. No premium for a coin like this though.
