So about a year back I found a 1941 I questioned the 2.9 grams and you informed me of the possibility of a wrong Planchette which would be highly unlikely and in my case is was. It was just environmental damage which made it weigh less. Can anyone explane to me what the reason for my newest find which has what seems to be "Struck through error" with the same Impression on the both sides and its weight is 3.19 grams...
Dose it hold more value then 1 cent?

The impression looks like damage to me. As to the weight, it could have been struck on a rolled-thick planchet.

Damage from wire cutters or scissors. The weight is not far enough off to make any difference.

That is a key clue that it is damage rather than a stroke through.
