Looks like zinc rot around the rim, so just a common 1982-D small date zinc.

I hope this helps you with future finds so you can tell the small date from the large date yourself.

Did you know the large and small dates were different master hub states? The large large Dates were examples of a master hub that was spreading, and the small date master hub was a freshly created MH. I wondered about this and took the same image of a small date and using Photoshop to enhance the design, The devices formed exactly the same:

The swelling outwards enlarges the bust and the location of the devices move towards the rim. Even notice the '2' alters during this progress.
