Does this look like Feeder Finger Damage? I thought the marks would be more north/south on wheat cents.

Most of the feeder fingers issue are more vertical on the Wheat cents. But it appears to be that. Maybe the reverse die was rotated? Check to see if the rotation is correct on your coin?
