This may be somewhat of a long post but I will trying to keep it detailed and keep it simple.
Some of you may remember when I posted about a 2013 Nickel that showed doubling on the obverse.
Original Post,
http://goccf.com/t/369045After finding the
DDO in that post, for months I continued to search boxes of nickels due to a hunch I had regarding certain years and the likelyhood of doubled dies coming in pairs of 2 or more and not just 1 type (direction, size etc).
Long story short I think I have gathered enough information that should keep the nickel guys on here busy for a bit, each doubled die obverse was produced from a completely different obverse die, I used the "G" in "D.G.REGINA" due to the dots showing the direction in which the doubling goes.
Here you see each Doubled Die I have found, going from somewhat minor (DDO-005), to more severe (DDO-001).
Coin #1 DDO-005
This is the coin from my old Post above, I am not too sure who exactly discovered it, however it is somewhat minor.

Coin #2 DDO-004
This coin again, is somewhat minor however you can see the notching and rotation on which the doubling is going.

Coin #3 DDO-003
This doubled die is not very noticable at first but I assure you it is present.

Coin #4 DDO-002
This doubled die is actually pretty nice, as you can see the devices are a lot thicker and the spread is more noticable, however this one has more visible doubling on the "ELIZABETH II" portion of the Obverse, unlike the first three doubled dies shown that have the doubling on the "D.G.REGINA" portion.

Coin #1
Last but not least, this doubled die was the hardest one to find, I went through 6 bank boxes of nickels and this is the only one that I have found like this. This doubling has the characteristics like the 1967 1 cent doubled die obverse and focuses more towards the "D.G.REGINA" portion.

I am not exactly sure how many working dies were produced in 2013 for the 5 cent nickel, from my count I have 6 coins from 6 different dies (5 being doubled) and one not being doubled.
There is no mistaking these as
Machine Doubling or
Die Deterioration, the split serifs & notching is 100% alive and well on all 5 coins and I can provide more photos if need be, I tried to keep my photo count down to not take up too much space.
