As far as pictures of coins go, it is best to place the coin on a flat surface and do obverse and reverse pictures while the coin is flat. When photographed that way you eliminate distortion and you camera can auto focus more easily.
Generally speaking, fingers on coins are not helpful either.
Your coin appears to suffer from environmental damage and road rash in my opinion.
