If it is a raw coin, what the general consensus is. If it is already graded, both, general consensus and how bad you think the TPG messed up lol. dave700x Rest in Peace United States 10625 Posts	Posted 10/19/2020 08:34 am The reverse could be considered MS66 but the obverse is MS63 at best in my opinion. I could see PCGS netting the grade up to MS64 but for me the obverse carries all of the grade. MS65 would be a big miss. Report this Post to the Staff
