A bit tough looking through plastic.

AU-50 is my guess, looks like she got some rubbing or damage on her cheek.

Where the light reflects on the slab, you can clearly see scratches on the plastic, so assuming some of what appears to be on the coin, is probably on the slab.

Splitting the difference on the scratches between the slab and what may be on the coin, ill say AU 50
