Looked through errors on line for this particular coin but could not find an answer. Would this coin be considered an error?

Given the photo, it appears to be a rather bad split plating issue under the date (in close proximity to where the mint mark would be located). Dentsville -- Is that the area of the coin you're referring to?

The mintmark is is missing, so the split plating is showing zinc rot.
