I was recently quoted $4.00 over current spot to 200 ASE's so about $560 per roll. Is this the current standard or a bit high?

Recent ebay sales of 2020 ASEs look to be between 560 and 600 per roll.

ASE are higher than usual. I used to pay $2.50-$3 over spot but lately $4 seems average

Sounds reasonable to me, given the current market.

$4.00 seemed pricey but the going rate. Funny thing is between locking the price and paying spot is up over $1.30 so who knows what the premium will be when I take delivery. Up or down hard to tell. As it stands when taking delivery the premium might only be $2.50
