Interested in your assessment of the grade on this and whether it is likely to receive a Details designation. I've purchased the coin, but have not received it yet. These are the best pics I have right now.

I am at 40 without a details grade. Nice coin if you got it at a nice price.

I'd say VF-something.
And I'd like a closeup of the leg area.
Not sure of what I'm seeing.

Perhaps you'd enjoy a chance to compare? I had mine graded in 2018. You should assume the slab has not been handled much and is completely unscratched. Lighting my images through the slab proved difficult. I think the coin is slabbed further from the obverse closer to the reverse, ergo, average the two tones and you'll have it snagged.

Returning to the thread, just now, I noticed an interesting detail. You may already be onto this scent, but when you place your coin under your own direct judgment or if you do actually compare yours to mine, notice that mine appears to be an earlier obverse die stage (if it's the same die as yours). My evidence is the presence and absence of a distinct third feather. I'm pretty sure die stage rarely affects either the grade or the value of circulated coins.

As you peruse your coin for the first time, you may need to cut it some slack, lest you confuse Die Deterioration (read: no problem)with circulation wear (read: grading issue).
