I can't even tell if it's an 1873. Terrible pictures.
And having the slab wouldn't be enough. The coin would have to be sealed IN the slab.
That's the best argument against cracking coins out of slabs.

the staple is rusty who could it be rusty in a short time, I doubt It was certified before.
