Attached are images of the 2016 Harpers Ferry Quarter Obverse. I have 15 more of these quarters, however, only 2 seem to have this what looks like DDO.

@khc, first welcome to CCF. Second, the appearance of the doubling makes me think that this coin has some Machine Doubling and perhaps some die degeneration doubling rather than being a DDO.

The quality of your pics is fine, but I note that cropping these pics would really help us focus on the part of the coin that you are interested in having us see. Below is an example of what I mean:

Hello, and thank you for your feedback!
Do you think this coin is worth keeping or carries any value to coin collecting?

The biggest issue is extreme die wear called Die Deterioration Doubling. But when the dies continue to be used, they get even worse looking in time:

But if your looking for a doubled die, your looking on the wrong area. On the States/Islands/ATB quarters have the DDO on the central areas of the designs. Earlobes and Left side of the mottos:

There is only one DDO that shows a DDO on the quarters after 1999 that has a doubled die on the outer devices. The rest are on the central areas on both the obverse and reverse design areas. Look on the doubleddie.com to see where to look for the design you are searching.

Only worth face value, but of course save it if you want.
