Oddly enough, I just went through 23 rolls of circulated 1955D cents and didn't find one of these. I usually find one in every 5 rolls or so.

Be it known that we are discussing a 1955 Denver mint DDO, not the 1955 Philly DDO. I get them from various sources - the particular group I was talking about came from a group of 45 bags of wheats purchased in Indiana.
