Did a couple boxes of cents I picked up at TD. Nice bunch of 1930s and older cent between both boxes including a XF-AU 1930 with a little mint luster left and a VG 1913.

...looky what I got...

You just need to move a little bit to the EAST. I just found one a couple hours ago and 2 '98's yesterday from the same box. Its been a while since the last ones.
Also found the 1988-D, reverse of 1989. Found two of the '88-P a few weeks ago.
I'm just starting on a load brought back from Alabama over Thanksgiving. A little over 40,000. I'm set for a while!

It depends on the weather.........cold rainy days are made for this type of activity. I would say where you are, it wouldn't take long at all. I hear Alaska has had one of the coldest Novembers in a while.

I'm still looking for a 1960P small date... very elusive

I started a 1959-date Lincoln Whitman folder from circulation in the early 80's. Took me until two years ago to find the 1960 Small Date (last one I needed). They are elusive; took me about 30 years!

just out of curiosity how many small dates where minted compared to large date(P and D)...cant seem to find any accurate mintages on them...is this because no one knows...if anyone has any sort of program that can run it based on findings or something like that would love to know how many you think where minted

30 years wow now is that total or are you only counting keepers? I haven't been roll searching that long and here in Alaska I think I found 3 or more in every box most are just destroyed. I remember about 4 months ago I found 7 in one box but finding wheats is tuff my best in one box was about 5 on the other hand I do find more BU LMC just one date that sticks out is 88D.

"D" mint Small Dates are not very tough; I see about one per week ($50-$75 per week face searched). The "P" mint Small Date took me 30 years. I believe all 1960 Small Dates were located in Mint Sets, so that makes the probability of finding one extremely small.
