Found this while hunting. What you guys think? The reverse is normal.

My first thought was that this might be a really bad Grease Filled Die strike, but then I saw the rim looks rounded.. Is that just the lighting?

I agree, the "Modern US Variety and Error Coins" forum is the best shot for an answer.

From a bank outlet inside a Meijer store, 10 rolls of cents and 3 rolls of dimes were just turned in. Several wheats in 8 of the rolls, 2 rolls were solid wheats, along with 9 dimes total. The dime rolls were short a total of 3' no silver, but an 1886 IHC. Who ever rolled these must have had some "Christmas" cheer while doing so.

On the '99 WAM, it does have separation between the A M, but not as much as all other '99's I've seen. All other signs point to WAM. Further opinion needed.

Was in the city today (Hattiesburg,MS) and decided to stop at a local bank (Wells Fargo) to try for a box.To my dismay a young man ahead of me got a box and I overheard him ask for "old ones". All I could get was $10 Strings and sons rolls. Here the tally.
$1.43 in copper,including
1957D
1950
1944
1942
1941
1937
and a 1999 Canada

I went to the bank yesterday and asked for some "pennies". The lady pulled out a rack of hand rolled cents. Was a little disappointed until I noticed that most of them had dates written on them! picked out the three earliest 80,81, and 82. Since I'm just beginning to hoard copper, didn't think that was such a bad deal.

Just opened another hand rolled and other than 5 83's, the rest were '82 and below.... I'm guessing someone turned in the wrong roll.
