I have came across a a quarter with a visible T on the face of the coin is it valuable?

If that is the only device seen, it is probably not a die issue (as the dies are incuse on that area and leaves that area raised) if the 'T' is incuse, then it would be coin damage. Also nothing during the die creation process would cause a single device. If it were a double striking error, the rest of the die devices would leave other devices present. So to have a single device present, it is probably damage to the coin. But images would help us see what you see on your coin.

The devices on the edges of coins on dollars are incuse. They put one on the edge and altered then hit the coin with a hammer and raised a 'T' on the head. I figured someday someone would do this, and I had that solution figured out years ago when they started the incuse devices on the edge. Now we see one.
