2004 P Dime With Faint Reverse

The front of this dime looks near uncirculated, while the back is very faint. More than this, the circumference of the reverse is still high and sharp, so this coin wasn't rubbed down.

It's likely the reverse is a Struck Through Grease outcome. Good example, 2x2 worthy.

With those rims, to me this looks like the beginnings of a drier coin.

Just grease and DDD. Note the shadows of the movement of the devices on the leaves and the EPU. Not a Dryer Coin.

I see no evidence of Die Deterioration on the reverse. What I do see is a case of grease-mediated radial smear. http://www.error-ref.com/grease-med...adial-smear/
