Hello all. I hope everyone is well and staying safe. I am searching through some coins I've put aside for the past couple years so I may post a lot of questions today but here's my first. What is this called? The lettering, the weak strike in some spots and the rough starburst looking fields on obverse and reverse. Thanks in advance for all the info.

@wbr, those flow lines make me think that this coin was struck from tired dies.

Extreme die wear. Not an error. 54% of the quarters of each die pair will strike coins in this condition as the die ages. Note the fields? That is called die flow. Another evidence of die aging. Even in this die state the dies will continue to go through polishing. But the devices continue to break down with continued use. How bad could it get before retirement?
