PF-64 seems about right. Here's a question. Do moderate die polishing lines like on this coin impact the grade of a proof coin (or a proof-like business strike)? Or is it only when the die polishing negatively affects the appearance of the coin, and if so, how much of a deduction?

Thanks. I would have guessed it doesn't affect the grade since it's a mint made artifact, but maybe it's like strike quality and gets considered at higher grade levels.
