Could not possibly grade from these dark, unfocused pics. Were these the sole basis for your decision to pay top AU money for this common date?

That one spot on the obverse, lower left is concerning. Hope that isn't a dig into the coin. And scratch above eagles head?

I am seeing a little wear on the drapery...reverse looks better...AU58...not seeing cleaning?

I'm not seeing any wear. A little strike flatness on the head. It could be MS-62/63. You really lucked out from those terrible seller photos.
