Could not possibly grade from these dark, unfocused pics. Were these the sole basis for your decision to pay top AU money for this common date?

That one spot on the obverse, lower left is concerning. Hope that isn't a dig into the coin. And scratch above eagles head?

Even though the pics are not that good...the details they do provide seem to indicate an AU.

This one also came in. I see no wear on this coin. I have it at ms62. Reverse looks proof-like. Thoughts? Thanks!

I'm not seeing any wear. A little strike flatness on the head. It could be MS-62/63. You really lucked out from those terrible seller photos.
