That being said, I am pleasantly surprised at how it turned out from your pictures, but I would still say AU-58 and not MS. As Frog mentioned, the scratches are detracting, and it appears to have a weaker strike, whereas many 1913 dimes have sharper strikes. Unless the pictures lie, the rub in the middle of Liberty across the band and down through the hair is unmistakable, and the fields show AU, particularly above and below One Cent. It still has plenty of luster, but it's seen light circulation. I know the coins you like, and I think you can snag a better one. Maybe throw it back and re-bait the hook?
