I didn't buy this coin but was wondering what folks think it grades. Thanks!

Is that a gouge into the neck on the obverse?

If the coin is slabbed it looks like a crack in the plastic

Don't know about that slash mark. It's too straight for a die crack and doesn't look like a deliberate cut or graffiti. Crack in the holder plastic seems possible.
Otherwise, the coin looks authentic, uncirculated, and pretty choice. Without the slash I'd call it MS-63.

I agree with 63, though if the luster looks as good as I think it does based off the pics, it probably has a +.

IF it is indeed a crack in the plastic I'll go MS63 also.

I'll go 64 if the slash is not on the coin. I am not a big Trade dollar fan but that's a really nice.

I'm pretty sure that is a hit on the slab we are seeing. Beautiful Coin, I love all of those die cracks. I'll take a stab at MS65.

Crack in the plastic that just happens to start inside the rim and runs to the neck? Now what could cause that?!

An expensive coin. MS64 provided the slash is on the plastic.

The obverse slash is a crack in the plastic. This is a known die pair (compare to the non-chopmarked MS-62 photos on PCGS).

There appears to be disruption of the luster on the head, shoulder, left hand, and foot and on the eagle's head and right wing (our visual left). The disruption could be from circulation, camera angle and lighting, or cabinet rub. I'm on the fence between AU-58 and MS-63 here.

I used my tablet to look at the photo and zoomed in, then used my hand held magnifier to see things a little closer. It is definitely a crack on the slab and not on the Coin. When looking through my HH magnifier you could see the stress cracks within the crack.
