So I sent the coin images to an expert coin error numismatist and coin dealer and he deducted the die crack is there starting on the head and moving backwards. But he also said said the hole on the rim was actually an O from the Monticello on the reverse and the line faint is the base of the Monticello, due to a die clash. Thoughts?

Before I saw the label I had the coin at -64 or -65.
But definitely a FS.

If the obv "scratch" is raised, it's from a die crack and does not subtract from the grade. As for a hole on the rim, I don't see what you are referring to. "Buy the coin not the holder" in this case means if you paid MS64 money you got it at a good price. The orange peel of this coin's late die state is not optimal, but it does not impact the grade.

The O is between wE and Trust. Thank you for the feedback and I did pay MS 64 money, maybe less. Die clash?

Is the "o" raised? Just looks like a toning spot to me

The overlay shows that where your "o" is would be either the outside step of the building or maybe the mintmark? Could the D look like an o after a clash...idk...? But I can't see it as a letter "o" from the devise MONTICELLO...? Just doesn't seem to match up...?
