Thanks for your guys help on this. But I'm looking to get your guys/gals opinions on what kind of value I have for these. I've found no sort of list on how much in value one is increased or decreased in value with the tones.

details appear to be AU but it looks like it's been cleaned to me.
I would consider it an AU Details and pay no more than $500 for it myself

AU details (cleaned). Value will depend on the state of the surfaces (cleaning marks), which can't be evaluated from these pics.

Harshly cleaned coin in XF/AU details. Just another ruined Seated dollar now worth half of what it used to be before cleaning. Sad.

Now that one does look cleaned - that's a shame.

XF/AU Details cleaned as well. A lot of these circulated examples you've posted appear to be cleaned and toning due to contaminates on the surfaces. Some appear to have heat applied. Out of curiosity, if you don't mind my asking, how did you come to acquire these? A number appear to be coming from the same source.

First, Ouch. This one has been cleaned to death, and the retoning isn't natural. I'd call it EF Details, just short of AU Details. Before cleaning, it would have been around $500. IMHO, it would be lucky to snag about half that amount now.

I'd confirm the weight and dimensions before saying anything more. It appears genuine in these images but high quality counterfeits abound. There are a couple things that make this coin of questionable authenticity.
Assuming it is genuine I would grade it AU Details-Cleaned and value it around $300.

XF/AU Cleaned details. $300 is a fair price.

Taking a closer look at the photos, this die marriage could be 1872 OC-9, which is a bit scarce. The pics are fuzzy and coin has been tortured with overpolishing, so the markers are iffy.
Both 1872 and 1871 are very common dates, and there are large numbers of each readily available up to MS-64. In today's eye appeal market, I just can't see this one selling north of $250-ish. There are too many better examples readily available.

All I can say is, point me to any one of these in a similar condition and I'll buy em at $250 all day long, keep them in my pocket for a year or two and wear away the cleaning to a market acceptable XF, and sell it for $150 more
