Sorry, the only thing I see is the mark on the doorway you mention. If its incuse, it is a hit. Since you say it is not, it might be a very small die chip. No added value.
I cannot see any of the (not sure what you mean) separation lines. Just my opinion, but I think it would help you to look at pictures of genuine errors (such as looking at pics on varietyvista.com for DDOs, DDRs, RPMS etc. or http://www.errorcoins.com/reference/). A lot of people with a microscope are looking way too closely at coins and find natural imperfections of no value (not even noteworthy) that can occur on any coin.
