What do you think of this Braided Hair Half Cent offered on ebay for auction?

Is the color supposed to look like this "neon red-brown"? It almost seems like "spray-painted" to me.

Looks like it has been cleaned and now starting to retone

EDIT: It just seems too "pink"

First impression cleaned and retoned as well. Haloed color visible around the devices does not look natural, and maintains a pretty flat appearance. No original skin left on that one, certainly not choice unc IMO
