FS-304, Gifford B17, Br.2413, RPD-003. The '1955 Lincoln Double Die of 3CNs'. I can even see this issue with the naked eye.

I can only imagine the conversation between the mint employees in charge of changing out the dies.
Employee 1 - I'm gonna change these 2 out.
Employee 2 - only the reverse has a crack...the obverse is fine, I can still read the date...besides...who's gonna notice?
