1907 Indian Head Cent - Original Red Or Altered Color?

Paul Bulgerin Pillar of the Community United States 3098 Posts	Posted 12/31/2020 09:40 am I looked at this 1907 Indian Head cent on ebay but passed on it because I wasn't sure of the color. I've been burned more than once on old cents which turned out to have altered color and am certainly no expert at being able to distinguish between original and altered.. Because of the dark spots on obverse edges I'm going to say lightly cleaned . Just doesn't have that MS lustery look . Report this Post to the Staff
