This dime is really thin and perfect on one side but flat on the other. It weighs 2.23

2.27 grams is normal weight. So it is on probably just circulation wear and coin flattening making it appear thinner. The setup rim was there when the struck, the coin was normal thickness when new. But the circulation just wore down the rims. That is its job, to take the beating and prevent the devices from wearing down as fast. If you compared the centers of the two coins, that area will be the same on both coins. Just coin wear altered this coin. No premium for this.
