Last year I purchased my first slabbed MS-65 Morgan silver dollar. This past week I decided it needed a playmate and went looking for a slabbed MS-65 Peace dollar. I bought this lovely 1923 in an NGC MS-65 slab adorned with a CAC sticker. It's a lovely, untoned coin with just a few small scattered marks. I paid over list price for it, but at well under half of what an MS-66 would run, I thought it wasn't much less in quality than an MS-66 a would be a very nice addition to my collection. Nice clean face and neck area...so hard to find a non-bruised big dollar girl. I'm sure the 2 girls are loving each others company... Nice pick up! smat

I prefer the 'no tone' as well; now slabbed, it should be able so stay that way.
It would stand out like a lighthouse in a collection of otherwise well patinated coins.

Looks like a nice piece (Peace). Spotting can be an issue here and that one has minimal and unobtrusive spots.
