Check for a die scratch southwest through U of Trust & die scratch southwest from O of OF.

These are markers for RPM#1. Just my opinion but I think I too see an RPM here and think it's either #1 or #2 (which has the main mintmark further left than #1).

Check out the same position on the date numbers. It appear that some display the same thing in the same direction. If so it just Machine Doubling.

Impossible to tell much of anything from the images, but it looks more like damage than anything else. The crud would have to be removed from the devices and the lighting would have to be changed in the image to see what's going on.
