I picked this beauty up, not because its crazy rare or anything, but because I hadn't started a US classic collection yet and wanted a starting point. Can you guys guess what PCGS graded it as?
I will reveal the grade at 30JAN21 1400 EST. :) Edited by Lembafc 01/29/2021 12:03 pm

Agree with the details - graffiti and scratched.... maybe a bump up to XF? Looks to me like a weak strike reverse.

Might make EF but a details coin for sure. Shame.

VF Details, Graffiti. Quote: I will reveal the grade at 1400 EST. :) Please allow 24-48 hours to grade your coin as others might want to chime in later.

Without looking at other responses, I would average the grade out to be around VF-20/25 details with graffiti.

Also makes me wonder who this D. Tucker was? I looked in my 'Standard Catalog of United States Tokens', 1700-1900' by Russell Rulau and found two Tucker's, but no real matches.

It is VF Details (Graffiti) :) Lots of folks were spot on. But the real question is: Who in the world is D. Tucker?

That coin didn't circulate much after the graffiti was added. Notice the points where the graffiti is on the rim. My hunch is that the graffiti is relatively modern, within the last hundred years.
