This doesn't look like MD to me, with split serifs and an increase in the size of the affected letters that is especially strong on TRUST. I'd put this one in a 2x2. Added: here is a link to the varietyvista page for a little further research: http://www.varietyvista.com/12%20Ke...201964-D.htm

The "T" in Liberty also seems to have an odd split if that isn't damage.
