Hafa Adai(hello), from Guam!
Im still new to the hobby, ive been collecting for a little over year now and been trying to get a second opinion on 2 of my 1975 no S dimes I held on to for a while! I found them in circultion but one of them has similar lines as the one that sold!

Those are definitely just normal circulation strike Philadelphia dimes. The lines that you see are not diagnostic for a proof.
