2020 D Salt River Bay Quarter, Shiny?

Hey yall, I got a 2020 D Salt river quarter today that is REALLY shiny... First, I wanted to ask if there is anything special about shiny/silvery quarters (just in general)? And Second, Does anyone have any tips to take a picture of really shiny coins? I have tried over and over and if I use the flash the coin looks black in the picture and then if I dont it's hard to see what I'm looking at...

** P.S. I'm aware it could he the lighting of my environment, I'm just working with what I got for now. I will share the pics if I need to, I'd just rather someone tell me how to take a better one first haha.

Without seeing a picture of the coin, I would say that what you have is
a coin struck from fresh dies.
If that is the case, common unfortunately

Try using a piece of white paper over your lighting source, or use daylight.
