What's wrong with this and does it have any value it looks to me that there are a few errors but I don't really know kinda new to the coin collection

Looks like it was in a fire at one time. These bubbles are caused by the metals in the clads not responding to heat the same:

A spendable coin that will probably not work in a vending machine. Some will flatten the bubble to make them fit again into a machine.

Could be heat but no toning from heat.
May be contamination under cladding swelling up.
Would have thought the cladding would have split before it got that big
