Try and steady the camera you are using so as not to move when shooting photos, also much more lighting will make a faster shutter time so less blur as well. Tripod or even a box to set the camera on, also remote timer or timer delay so you aren't touching the camera when the shutter fires will greatly improve the quality of shaky, blurry photos.
That said, I'd go EF to AU with a possible cleaning from what I can discern on these photos.
