Reverse looks gorgeous on this one, I'm thinking 64 but I'm very biased

On the obverse, the ding between the fourth and fifth left stars, the cheek abrasions, and the another-coin-edge contact between the sixth right star and the "M" of UNUM are just a little too much for MS-64 for the obverse. I see MS-63 here. The reverse is definitely nice. I see MS-65 for the reverse. IMHO, the blended grade is on the MS-63+/MS-64 bubble.
Rest in Peace

I agree with 63+. I don't think the observes is enough for 64.

Just FYI, the mark between the M and the star is not a bag mark, its a spot of discoloration, I can take pictures to show that tonight

What's up with the black mark between the left stars?

the 78(S) should be sharp and bold. the eagle breast is not struck fully and will affect it a little. the marks and scratches across the cheek are a little much for a 64 grade especially at PCGS plus the luster appears to broken in the lower left quadrant and what appears to be a small dig at K8 between the stars. MS63
