Ok guys not a bad looking coin out of circulation with what looks like a DDO and some sort of possible strike thru above date (first 8). Coin was bright and tough to photograph. Take a look and let me know. TIA and regards.

Looks like slight Machine Doubling on the date and the reverse shows it stronger. Not a doubled die. A plating bubble is above the date. To be hub doubling the devices would be nearly showing the same hub doubling. The area over the date is not part of the full hubs design. Probably will press down with a toothpick.

If this were a hub/die issue, All the other devices would also be affected. Just not one area.
